We at ComputerWorks believe it should be quick and easy to get your computer back up and running when you have a problem. To make it easier for those who can not or do not want to bring their system in for repair we have created this service.

Here's how it works: Most repairs completed in our service center are a flat rate charge, completed the same day or within 24 hours if parts do not have to be ordered. For a mere $20.00 additional charge we will come to you, bring your computer back to our service center, return it back to you when the repairs are complete, and hook it back up. Again this is an additional charge. ( different charges for outside of Knox or Blount County )

Onsite Repair Service

ComputerWorks provides Onsite repair service on all brands of computers and all types of networking. Our rate is $95.00 per hour from the time the technician arrives until the time the technician departs. There is also the additional one-time flat rate charge of $20.00 for the trip.

Here's how it works: The first hour would be a total of $115.00 and then $95.00 for each additional hour. At ComputerWorks the hourly charge is the same even if your job requires more than one technician to complete the work. You still only pay the $95.00 per hour rate.
